I have a small farm for sale in South Africa with a Watermill on it.

The farm is roughly 22 Acres, with 5 Cottages that have been authentically restored, and is running as a guest farm at the moment.

The Mill is as yet un-restored. The building will require some work (Re-thatching) and the Wheels (Overshot) and mill race will also require work. The milling equipment dates back roughly to the 1890's and is in excellent condition. The farm is situated in the Little Karroo region of the Western Cape.

I will be in the UK from 10 March to 24 May.

Priced in the region of 425,000GBP. It includes 2 x Two bedroomed cottages. 2 x One bedroomed cottages, One building that would make a splendid pub/restaurant with an attached apartment, several out-buildings and the watermill in a stunning location. All the cottages have been fully restored using cob and lime render.
